week of June 12

At this point of the week with the film festival, which was pretty amazing and fun. Being the first time of being part of a festival of this type it was a great experience. One of the films in which I participated in was actually viewed which was pretty neat. There was a couple of films that really caught my attention most of them were amongst them were mostly comedy. I find that comedies are big hits, rather than others. Also a cheesy films, depending on the audience. After that my production filmed for a bit in order to fix up our film, and hoping that the changed will allow us to wrap up the project.

week of May 29

In this week my production company just focused on editing, and finishing it overall. We fell behind due to the fact that testing was interfering with our schedules. We have finished with  the editing and are just going to see if it needs any final touches.

Week of the 24th

This week week the film productions just got some of the editing done,  to the point where we were done with the editing and ready to turn in. At the end it the result was not the one we expected as we wanted to make some chnages but we decided that we wanted to leave it the way that it was. As our first film it was kind of tricky, and now I know that a  Mockumentary is not an easy thing to pull of. For the next project hopefully it will go better.

Week of April 17

This week my group re filmed some of the footage that may have been offensive, due to stereotypes. We did this in our period and due to not having all of our members able we were not able to film yesterday which set us back a bit. Hopefully the footage is going to be filmed today and the film will be done one monday or tuesday.

Week of April 10th

This week my production members got some filming done and so far we have two of the three interviws we plan to get. I believe that the filming is going good, and if we continue the way that we are going about next week we will be able to have a final product. Since most of the company is in diffrent periods, Jose, David, and myself are trying to get the editing done and tryinh to see what other footage is needed if the guys did not gather sufficient footage of one take or so. While editing it is a little challenging trying to make the documentary into a mockumentary and trying to make others laugh. As it has to be funny but also not completly out of hand. I belive that we are going to get some of the fiming done as soon as possible and maybe that will be somewhere early next week porbably monday. The date that we will most likely have a finished prodcuct will be April 17 or that upcoming monday April 20.

Week of April 3rd

In this week the production company had a little of a rough time trying to bring all of the members together in order to film some of the shots. On monday some of the member recorded some footage that will  of course to be edited. On wednesday during 4th period some of the members and I went out to the "dark side" to conduct a interview of the "coach" of the mockumentary. Yesterday which was Thursday we uploaded the footage into the computer and manage to stitch some of the footage together and get a bigger picture of how we wanted our film to come together. We are planing to maybe film on the weekend as our schedules are tight and we need the members of the company to be able to make the shooting days. I have faith in this film and the group members as well.

Week of March 27th

This week of March I was actually having troubles with finding people to work with as some of the production companies were set, and I was confused as to who's I was actually on.  I have Began working with a production company along side with some of the guys and they had fetched the idea of a "mockumentary "of a runner, as some of the guys in the production company are runners. This week we have set up dates, as the story boards are done. Now we are just about ready to film and we are looking into the audio that we want the film to incorporate as it might be cheesy. Some of the paper work still needs to be done but since some of the members are in separate periods and due to AP classes we all have different schedules that we have to cope with and have time to meet up to work on this film.
